This is the first video project I tackled, it took me about three years and three different editing programs. I began the project out of boredom while recovering from hip replacement surgery in 2008. Self teaching myself while on vicidan, imagine all the mistakes, imagine my family’s eyes rolling as I yet again yell at the stupid computer.
Anyway I love hearing Bing crooning about the notorious Black Ball ferries, many he sings about I rode on. I tired posting this on the Old Vashon Pictures and Stories Facebook page but as you can imagine there were too many copyright issues and they wouldn’t post it, on reason I eventually started this blog.
